Elisha Coffey, M.S.W., Program Manager, Individual Consumer Action Network  (ICAN)

Elisha is the manager of the Individual Consumer Action Network (ICAN) at the Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania. She holds a Masters Degree from Temple University with a focus on Policy and Advocacy, and identifies as someone living with a mental health diagnosis. Elisha feels privileged to be tasked with creating a statewide network of individuals who identify as living with a mental health condition and insuring that their voices are represented with boards and decision making bodies. She also supports people in recovery to share their experiences and educate le ors to understand that recovery is possible.
