Southeast Regional Technical Assistant
Part-time Job Summary
The CSP Regional Technical Assistant is responsible for promoting community support program principles and coordinating activities to support these principles through regional CSP committees.
Qualifications
• Working knowledge of Community Support Program principles
• Minimum of one year experience participating on a CSP committee, local or regional
• High school diploma
• Experience in the public mental health system, preferably as a primary user of services
• Driver’s license and car required

• Good computer skills, including e-mail and typing
• Team player, consensus builder
• Good group facilitator
• Ability to promote leadership skills in others
• Demonstrates self-initiative
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide support and technical assistance to Regional CSP Committee to assure:
a. Development of effective monthly meeting agendas
b. Effective facilitation of monthly meetings
c. Administrative and logistical needs are met
d. Minutes of meeting are accurately reported and disseminated in a timely fashion
2. Attend monthly CSP committee meeting within designated region.
3. Assist in coordination, as requested by the committee, of regional seed grants
4. Provide technical assistance as needed to CSP subcommittees and special training projects.
5. Assist in coordination of CSP scholarship processes.
6. Participate in CSP training teams, as requested, to promote the principles and philosophy of CSP.
Hours: Up to 5 hours a week, or 20 hours a month
Wage: $13 a hour
