In the same way that a good orchestra performs as a team, in service environments we strive to work together by maintaining relationships with good boundaries.
As people move from receiving services to being employed as service providers, relationships between individuals change. The challenge is how to manage the change. Negotiating boundaries while maintaining relationships will allow people to grow, contribute their unique expertise, and work well together.
